Dogdancing

Dogdancing is a sport where a dog and his handler show moves and tricks in harmony with music. It is aviable for everyone who has a dog and who is interested in developing his training and competing skills.

I am not quite sure if this website is any use for foreigner unles one is eager to compete abroad or takes interest in czech Dogdancing. Some of czech competitions have high standard such as Championship of the Czech Republic (photogallery 2005) or Dog Dancing Show Prague (website). I can win at the others competitions, so they aren't too difficult.

What is important to know about czech Dogdancing is that there are two different clubs which detest each other and have different rules and different view on Dogdancing. The older club "Klub tance se psem Ceske republiky" (website) has no divisions and no Progress Awards but it is divided into three performance levels. Dog Dancing Club Czech Republic (website in Czech only) is a branch of english organisation Paws n Music Association (website) and it assumed english rules. Competitions by DDCCR are divided into four divisions and DDCCR also holds Progress Awards. More about czech clubs.

I wish you to have more and more fun with every new trained move and participated competition in. Good luck in training and competing to You and Your dog.
